Matching Donation Challenge
Hello Friends of GCFS!
We have exciting news! Our Matching Challenge Donation of $2500 has been met. We cannot express how much we appreciate your enthusiastic support that allowed us to meet this challenge. Thank you so much!
All of us at GCFS want to thank you for your support in 2009. GCFS really grew last year, offering more classes to middle and high school students from all over the country, our first inter-generational class and more support to our public lands partners. We owe that success to our members and students. You truly are the heart of GCFS, and we are fortunate indeed to serve so many enthusiastic individuals who understand that education about the land is a valuable and powerful way to protect the lands we love.
As we walk the land, read the sky, bless the rain and the river, we come to understand and cherish these extraordinary places.
If you are planning to make a charitable donation to a worthy organization this year, please keep us in mind. This challenge will close on February 1, 2010; so even if you have already made your 2009 donations, you can still help GCFS and your 2010 tax deductions!
